Privilege goes all ways, there are privileges to being any race or species.

Sexism goes all ways, I don’t care if you are woman cis or not, you can be sexist towards a guy. Shut up and accept that.

Racism goes all ways, don`t through that privilege and power shit at me because on an individual level, or in a country that is not predominately white, yes white people can face racism as well.

Ableism, classism, ALL THE FUCKING ISMS

HOW ABOUT WE JUST FUCKING ACCEPT THAT HUMAN PRIVILEGE IS A SORT OF EVERYONE THING AND TRY TO PROMOTE EQUALITY INSTEAD OF LABELLING EVERYTHING AND SEPARATING PEOPLE MORE THAN WE ALREADY ARE.

rac·ism

 noun \ˈrā-ˌsi-zəm also -ˌshi-\

Definition of RACISM

1
: a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race
2
racial prejudice or discrimination (x)

So yes you can be racist against white people, and you can make racist comments, clearly not a widespread problem such as racism and racial discrimination against PoC but it exists. End of story. (this is not an argument against the existence of white privilege) Also “reverse racism” is basically you saying that only white people are racist if it needs a special name when it racism is against you, so shut up and don’t call it that.

mis·an·dry

 noun \ˈmi-ˌsan-drē\

Definition of MISANDRY

: a hatred of men
— mis·an·drist noun or adjective (x)

Hey wow look what also exist, misandry, there are women out there who hate men. It happens, it doesn’t dis-value the oppression of women by being real. But it is.
Note:
I didn’t use the word oppression to describe the racism towards white people or the hatred of men. Stop bringing it into the definition, it’s not there.

Anonymous asked: why can’t people be proud to be just white, if people can be proud to be just black or just asian?

ladyatheist:

Because the people who are proud to be white tend to look like this:

They also tend to do shit like this.

[Rebloggable by request.]

not quite sure I really get why someone is proud to be a certain colour. Proud of where you came from, I get, proud of the accomplishments your people, I get, but just what colour you are? I don’t, open to anyone who cares to explain though.

Flag Salute by Esther Popel

“I pledge allegiance to the flag”—
“They dragged him naked
“Through the muddy streets,
“A feeble-minded black boy!
“And the charge? Supposed assault
“Upon an aged woman!
“”Of the United States of America”—
“One mile they dragged him
“Like a sack of meal,
“A rope around his neck,
“A bloody ear
“Left dangling by the patriotic hand
“Of Nordic youth! (A boy of seventeen!)
“”And to the Republic for which it stands”—
“And then they hanged his body to a tree,
“Below the window of the county judge
“Whose pleadings for that battered human flesh
“Were stifled by the brutish, raucous howls
“Of men, and boys, and women with their babes,
“Brought out to see the bloody spectacle
“Of murder in the style of ‘33!
” (Three thousand strong, they were!)
“One Nation, Indivisible”—
To make the tale complete
They built a fire—
What matters that the stuff they burned
Was flesh—and bone—and hair—
And reeking gasoline!
“With Liberty—and Justice”—
They cut the rope in bits
And passed them out,
For souvenirs, among the men and boys!
The teeth no doubt, on golden chains
Will hang
About the favored necks of sweethearts, wives,
And daughters, mothers, sisters, babies, too!
“For ALL!”

cognitivedissonance:

[Chad] Nance paraphrased the remarks, as told to him by those who were present: ‘During the conversation, Ms. Brunstetter said her husband was the architect of Amendment 1, and one of the reasons he wrote it was to protect the Caucasian race. She said Caucasians or whites created this country. We wrote the Constitution. This is about protecting the Constitution. There already is a law on the books against same-sex marriage, but this protects the Constitution from activist judges.’

Nance said he recruited a friend, who works for the Coalition to Protect All North Carolina Families, to witness his interview with Jodie Brunstetter. He said Brunstetter reluctantly acknowledged that she had used the term ‘Caucasian’ and then repeated the statement previously attributed to her, but substituted the pronoun ‘we’ for ‘Caucasian.’ Nance said Brunstetter insisted there was nothing racial about her remarks, but could not explain why she used the term ‘Caucasian.’

Huh. Fancy that.

That argument sounds familiar… Riiiiight, Loving v. Virginia, 388 U.S. 1 (1967).

Read more about Jodie Brunstetter’s remarks here.

The stupidity of some people boggles my mind.

Seriously tell me why there can’t be racism against white people?

Look at the definition and you will see that, yes there can be.
