I can’t wait to wake up in the morning, I fucking love getting up. Not the crawl-out-of-bed-cold-and-sleepy part but the, I’m going to look in the mirror and love myself part. Not sure why but it is a daily thing with me and mornings. Get up, go into wash room, look in mirror, love my body. Favourite part of the day. ‘Tis fantastic.

Me after every conversation: why the fuck did I say that

me after finishing a really good book
me: finishes book
me: slowly closes book
me: exhales slowly
me: inhales slowly
me:
me:
me:
me: PTERODACTYL SCREECH
me: DYING WHALE NOISES
me: LION ROAR

is it sad that this is basically how I react to finishing every book?

I think that everyone should read The Fault in our Stars by John Green. It’s such an outstanding book, writing quality and content wise, and has such great characters and an amazing message. I really can’t express the emotions I felt after reading the last page, you all need to go read it, right now, it’ll make your life better.

We watched a video in World Issues today about Canada in Afghanistan and all I could think about is what it would feel like if they had their soldiers here in Canada with guns shooting my friends and family. Basically, I wondered what it would be like to be treated like a terrorist in my own country.
